Our philosophy towards boarding your pet is to provide for emotional and mental well-being as well as comfort and safety. We therefore go to great lengths to learn each pet personally as to their likes, dislikes, and emotional considerations. We cannot replace their family, home, and couch, but we can do the next best thing, which is to supply them with a fun and interesting atmosphere during their stay with us.

For your convenience, we are open Sat. - Sun. 8:00 am to 6:00 pm., and weekdays 8 am till noon, and 3 till 6 pm., with staff on premises 24 hours daily. Pets can also be picked up or dropped off before or after business hours by prior arrangement only. Check out time is now 5 pm, after 5 pm clients will be charged for another night.

| SafeHaven provides boarding for a wide variety of pets. Birds, reptiles, and other small mammals are suitably located in our home to enjoy the same human interaction they receive in your home. Personalized care and socialization needs are stressed as a key element of care for all pets. Feeding occurs In the morning and evening unless otherwise specified, using our high quality foods or a specific diet provided by the client. Medications and special treatments are administered as prescribed. |

We have a veterinary technician on staff 24 hours a day who is able to spot health problems and provide treatment or a veterinary referral. If needed, transport to and from one of four closely located veterinary clinics is available
